We're sorry to hear that your game keeps crashing. There is currently an issue when running the game on a PC that uses an Intel CPU (6th gen or higher) internal graphics card (also known as integrated graphics) that causes the came to disconnect or close. If you update the compatibility mode of the game executable file to "Windows 7" and then run the game, it may help resolve your issue. Also, have you checked the system requirements for the game?

Take a look and see if your system meets the requirements and if they do but you're still crashing, please submit a request. Provide them with the necessary info and they can look to see if they can help you resolve the issue.
