I think "Papui's" extreme toxicity began in one of the earlier rounds where I, T-side of Dust II, start pushing towards long doors. I ate two nades and then fell back. "Papui" decided to push into long doors after I already backed out. "Papui" proceeded to die.
Later, "Papui" claimed that his teammate went into doors and backed out allowing the CT's to push in order to justify his behavior and toxicity. Valve, I know it's probably VERY HARD to report people based-on voice chat and/or comms, but take note of this very toxic person.
Anyway, "Papui" ended up abandoning the game, leading to a 24 hour ban from competitive. I'm assuming that this isn't the only game "Papui" has "rage-quit."
