I hate that this is killing standalone emulation but it's nice to have everything centralized

I didn't grow up with Final Fantasy VI. It holds no nostalgia for me. I remember playing the Playstation and Playstation 2 titles when I was younger, and that's it. But, after having played Final Fantasy VI, it has dethroned my favorite games in this franchise and become one of my favorite games of all time. If you play video games, you absolutely cannot go wrong with playing this game.

When I saw that Square Enix was making a remaster for the original 6 Final Fantasy games, which are games I hold in high regard, I was hesitantly excited. After being burned by the mobile-to-PC ports of V, VI, and IX, I didn't know if they still had it in them to make these games, as those suffered from massive flaws. Fortunately, I can say that this version might be the definitive version of Final Fantasy VI if you mod it. The base of the game itself is very good, but some minor visual and gameplay decisions hold it back. Thankfully the modding community is very strong, and have fixed 90% of what I found to be sub-par in the original release.

At the very least, do yourself a favor and use the uncensored Ted Woolsey mod.

Probably better than Harvest Moon

Kingdom Hearts has to be one of the most profound series of games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. Simply clicking "Yes" to whether or not I would recommend these games will never be sufficient enough for this series

Used to be free. I remember liking this game back in the day. Definitely try to go in blind, you'll probably enjoy it if you like horror.

I'm not nearly close to being done, but this game is sick. I absolutely love the alchemic inspiration, the mechanics, and even the mini-game. I desperately hope that the developers will further develop this game or create a sequel
