Bungie have finally proven with absolute certainty that they are not a company that can be trusted.
Removal of enormous amounts of paid content, increasingly aggressive monetization with confusing pricing models and enormous price hikes for expansions and seasonal content, stagnation of the core playlists and any content that didn't have a premium pricing scheme attached to it, the list goes on.
This all culminates in the recent and sudden mass layoffs that prove what everyone suspected for years - Destiny, and Bungie's staff, are victims of an outrageous and horrific level of mismanagement and rot among it's founders and leadership that can be traced back to the very beginning.

I won't tell anyone not to play Destiny. It has neat guns that go pew pew and stuff goes kablam and your brain makes the good chemicals.

But man, ♥♥♥♥ this company.

still missing gibs, but it's the tightest, most polished version of the greatest competitive fps of all time. a one-time fee of $10 for free access to every map, mode and feature is a far, far better proposition than splitting the player base between those who paid the sub fee and those who did not.

this project was mismanaged and poorly planned from the start, but it's finally the version of ql that we should have had all along.
