I cannot imagine a more deserving company to reap reputational and financial rewards than Larian, and vanishingly few equals. That they spent 10 years working to bring this masterpiece to life shines through every little detail. That they are charging a mere $60 is a testament to the art that is possible to make without resorting to parasitic microtransactions, regardless of what the swollen leeches running most big studios these days insist to the contrary.

Setting all of that aside, BG3 is an amazing deal at full retail price purely on the numbers:

Stellar voice acting.
174 hours of cinematics.

So yes. Yes, I can recommend buying Baldur's Gate 3 to pretty much anyone, and at full price. If you have gotten as far as seriously weighing steam reviews, I feel extremely confident recommending this game to you.
