I wish you had had something to say on our last call before you died. I remember asking if you had anything final and you were so tired. Maybe it's selfish of me, but I had hoped for some words to remember you by.
My wife is going to die painfully from an illness and I can do little to prepare. I wish you were here to talk to. I squandered so many years that we could have spent connecting.
