Doc Mitchell be like: we found you still kicking deep in the grave with nothing but a Vault 13 Canteen, a Mercenary Grenade Rifle, couple of Throwing Spears, a full set of Metal Armor, a Sturdy Caravan Shotgun. Oh, did I mention the Grenade Launcher yet?

11 years later, and this game has one of the best fanbases, gameplay formats, and customization of any game from the 2010s. Thank you Gabe Newell for this blessing of a game.
