Probably the best ARPG going right now and it's not even finished.
POE1 had great systems with "zoom about and spam 1 or 2 abilities" style combat
POE2 has similar great systems but the combat is much more physical and methodical in all the right ways. Movement is crucial and you're probably going to turn to using a thumbstick or WASD because it is much more like a 3rd person arpg but just with an isometric camera view instead of following the player from behind.
Personally I went from clearing a map to get loot in POE1 to clearing a map just because I am enjoying the fight in POE2.

Imagine if Gears of War had kept getting better from it's peak and instead of becoming low effort and woke decided to team up a bunch of Doom Slayers.

The most fun I've had since Ninja Gaiden 2.
Awesome, smooth free flowing combat focused on dodges and combos in 3 different stances.
Souls like stamina, potion & rest mechanics.
God of war style combat upgrade mechanics.
Epic bosses with loads of mechanics which everyone will experience different as different in difficulty depending on your spacial awareness skills, play style, twitch response, movement memorisation, timing and experience with this kind of action game.
It has great balance of fun and gravitas in the cut scenes and story telling.
Gorgeous graphics and mocap. UE5 really shines here.

Only down sides are that some of the invisible walls are a bit awkward and some of the secrets are so cryptically hidden most people will end up having to resort to some sort of guide.

Defo deserves it's 95%.

The best Zombie survival game going atm with the voxel based world manipulation making it more fun than it's competition.

If you don't play this, you're a traitor that hates democracy.

The dev can't balance for ♥♥♥♥ and doesn't seem to play test their game at all. It's so bad and stupid and they're destroying all the good will they found on release. Great in concept, started well, but unless the dev pulls it's finger out this is where my review will stay.

This thing is a dopamine factory for your brain. You'll lose hours in the blink of an eye.

Not bad little story. The voice actors do a great job. I played to the end and only got bored a couple of times.
3rd person stealth action mechanics which are a little clunky and silly. I'm not a fan of that type of mechanic but it's tolerable for something to do between story beats and thematic. Amicia' fight with the inquisition is engaging even though the main villain is kinda cartoonish. Beautiful graphics even for 2019.

One of the best strategy games out there and if you want to play multiplayer co-op this third one is the one to play it on.

Great turn based strategic combat with loads of options. Each battle is an arena fight which ends up being like a big puzzle you can solve in any one of a number of ways depending on your hero choice.

The voice acting and writing is a bit mixed and the running about collecting things so you can get your cards and upgrade them is a bit... marmite I spose. It's certainly targeted at a younger audience and I find myself skipping a lot of the dialogue. This reminds me a lot of Japanese rpg's to be honest but far less quirky.

The prices of the premium skins are too high. The Raytracing is janky af.

But the mechanics of the game are very entertaining indeed and worth every penny.

Yeah you can feel the love has gone into it. Combat is satisfyingly good.
With some polish this is an absolute gem.
Nice work Fat Shark. Keep it up. You earned the money from me.
