For some local multiplayer mayhem, I can't recommend this game more.
Personally, I'm not too into the online play.

I don't like how "hardcore" this game is.

One example is that there is no easy way to navigate this game. You need to walk around to try and find a landmark, find it on the map in a seperate app, because DayZ doesn't have a map.

The only thing I like about this game is that I found a few friends on it, but other than that, I'm not a fan. We quickly moved on to other games.

Great game, but the borders do not match the color palette. just a nitpick but an annoyance nonetheless

(EDIT: The above point is not true, there is an option in the settings that is disabled by default for some reason)

Some complain that the game doesn't tell you enough, but i like that. You feel like you've accomplished something when you've played for hours only to find a fairly basic mechanic that you didn't know existed, or an enemy that you don't know the AI of. Too many games nowadays tell you everything you need to know, and Downwell does the opposite, and lets you figure it out yourself.

The online is fairly dead, but there's still 5-10 servers kicking. I only bought this game because I'm packing intel integrated graphics, and this game runs like a charm on integrated. I failed to get more than 30fps stairing at a wall in CSGO, and in CSS I'm getting in the hundreds constantly. Get this game if your pc sucks. The bots are stupid but fun, there's lots of maps, and those alone are enough to keep you playing this. Don't buy it full price though. What they're charging for this game is outrageous. I got it on sale for 5$ bundled with CS, CSCZ, and CSCZ Deleted Scenes. #noregrets

Why though?
One of my favourite things to do is play legos!
This is that. But without the limitations of bricks, and the addition of being at minifigure scale!

The two cons..
1.) The multiplayer is sort of dead
2.) The graphics and shaders have aged horribly.

CAN'T LAND... ON THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MUN!!!

EDIT: 3 years later this review has become incorrect, as I have landed on the mun. It's still a great game.
