Awful game, terrible developer. Not much to extrapolate on here. Buy something else. Want a horde shooter? DRG will suit your needs better.

The extend of "stealth" in this game is just 5 flavors of Red Light Green Light.

Game is fairly fun, dev is pretty responsive to player desires, and active in updating the game. It's also not just Asset Flip Simulator so that ankle-high bar has been cleared

I will preface with only owning this after 4.0

but looking back at the game pre 4.0? Literally what was FDev thinking?

people will cry "Realism! realism!!" but no, the stars are not more realistic, not one bit. atop that they managed to suck all the fun, wonder, and drive to explore out of the game.
Every planet is the same lumpy grey ball
every ring is the same white/blue/brown fog zone
everything is monotonous now.

LATER 2024 Edit: AH. AI garbage! They really must be starving over there in "literally swimming in cash" land. Pay your artists and maybe they'd be inspired. Pay for voice actors. YOU HAVE THE BUDGET.

2024 Edit: Well! it looks like they're deciding to Nickle & Dime you Forever, and Always. Do not pay them, starve this greedy company until they understand how to make a game and not a skeleton

Until Paradox realizes they need to set down the DLC pipe for a second and fix the performance issues, I cannot recommend this nearly $350-$400 onslaught of DLC masquerading as a game. Stop it. Get some help. Even after that in what universe is charging THAT MUCH for the complete product even remotely okay. Also no, a subscription service wouldn't fix it either, Make a complete game and charge for that, or don't make a game at this rate guys.

Paradox's current mission statement seems to be "The DLC flood will continue until morale improves"

Artificially inflated playtime numbers with insanely low-rate drops and what seems to be completely unweighted RNG
Boy I sure do love burning 90% of my time killing the same thing 50 times to actually maybe POSSIBLY get ONE of the thing I need 15 of total.

MR difficulty spike somehow made it past QA too which is extra """"fun""""
Actual difficulty? nah just make them all sponges and immediately invalidate all the work you put in through to the end of pre-MR.

Go install ICE mod. Enjoy the game again without the game-ruining claw being mandatory
