This game is criminally unfinished, I mean I seriously believe a class action lawsuit is in order. There was no way they didn't know what state their game was in. This game is a perfect example of why AAA studios should not be allowed to sell their games before they launches (I understand it's necessary for smaller studios where revenue is a big issue). They had the time, they had the resources. They (EA primarily) chose their shareholders over their players. Sure--mishandling your priorities isn't inherently criminal--but selling a product that you KNOW doesn't work is. Same issue with them selling Titanfall 2 when it is currently unplayable (and they have no means or intention of fixing it).

Honestly the only value this game has is in its aesthetic. The driving sucks, the cops are broken, and progression is just as linear as every other need for speed. Customization hasn't changed at all since Need For Speed 2016.

Has mod support (that allows you to balance the game how YOU see fit)
Beautiful graphics and soundtrack
A narrator that does't get old, and cracks a few high-brow jokes
Better combat system than Civilizations and Endless Space 2 (a futuristic 4X by the same devs as Humankind) but not as intensive as Hearts of Iron IV
The devs listen to feedback!
Map editor to make your maps

Cons:
There's a good chance that at least 1 AI will pick starting civ before you on any difficulty above metropolis
No option to turn of turn limit (atm; there may be a mod for it but I'm not sure)
