Go to Program Files
Go to Steam
Go to Steam Apps
Go to Common
Find "Carnival Games VR"
Set the EXE file to Windows 7 Compatibility mode
Reset PC
Activate Steam VR

The game will now work without crashing

Warning this game is hard as hell and will wear your arms out, only the strong survive
