I've played the physical version of this for years now, and this version, PVP is fine. If you're looking at playing the campaign, save your money. After almost 20 hrs of play, I've come to the conclusion that the RNG for playing against the AI is god awful. No matter how many ships or bases your draw deck has, you'll always draw scouts and vipers, absolutely. Need to draw a card? Don't bother, it's just going to be a scout or viper. New shuffle? 5 new cards? Don't get excited, they'll all be vipers and scouts. I know there's ways of avoiding this, but I do not want to play red every single time I play this game. The campaign literally forces you to play red, otherwise you'll just be drawing...you guessed it, scouts and vipers. By the time your deck has been cleansed of these terrible cards, it's too late, the AI is hitting your for 20+ points per turn, while you're hitting for about 5 if you're lucky. In the end, great game!! Terrible campaign rng.

Great game.

This game would be pretty good if the devs would only remove the horrible waves from the waters. It's god awful. Your ship is constantly clipping through waves. It's distracting, annoying, and just plain dumb looking. Fix the waves, and you fix the game...for the most part...combat is pretty dumb too. Cool concept, terrible execution.

Rocket slide, backwards kick flip, slow motion shotgun to the face, in mid air...I shall never tire of destroying Russian robots in this mannor. Game was great on PS3, port is great on PC. Controller, or K/B, both work well. Set pieces are magnificent.

Don't let the term "cover shooter" fool you, don't be a victim.

I really want to like this game, unfortunately, controller support is terrible. I'm using an X52 Pro and am unable to bind thrust. I did research, and posted in the forum, but it's been twice now that the devs haven't answered my post. The binding menu is unintuitive due to a lack of visual ques, that is to say, there is nothing showing you that the menus are scroll enabled, and the game defaults to a joystick setting that causes your ship to just spin. I've fixed that problem, but in researching it, I found others having that same problem.

Being unable to thrust makes this game unplayable, so I can't give it a good score, but please don't take this as a review of the game itself, it is still a mystery. I have respect for devs, but not being able to play is really annoying.
