Okay, so, its NOT bad persay...but it's not great. Let me explain.

The overall concept is great, I think that it has potential to be an amazing DLC given it's new features which are actually fun. However, there are several key issues that simply need to be fixed for this to be a good quality game extension.

Suggestions:

- Limit the amount of cars broken down or with an accident on the side of the highway. I don't need to see 3 cars, 20 feet apart, with separate issues just to drive 100 feet down the highway after dealing with them to see another 2 broken down cars similarly to before.
- Don't make EVERY. SINGLE. traffic-stop a DUI. When I pull someone over, it is okay for them to simply have broken one law. They don't need to be intoxicated or on drugs every time I make contact with them. (that is assuming you even get a chance to pull them over without seeing 20 broken cars in the process)
- Limit the amount of smoking cars. The sheer amount of cars that are smoking from their tailpipe or from their front end would cause the world to heat 10x faster than it already is. I don't want to see a fog cloud on the highway.
- Fix AI driving. The AI driving is ummm, lets just say...bad. They don't pull to the side of the road, they kind of just do their own thing. Also, they somehow can break on a dime, incredibly fast. Whenever I try to pull out, they literally have no chill and will almost block you with how much they get in your way. It's honestly rediculous.
- Add more Highway Patrol vehicles. The old cruiser is nice, but I'd like to see more variety in the HW patrol livery vehicles.
- Increase speed for some of the vehicles. No joke, I tried to get on the highway and my 0-60 time in the smaller SUV was about 20 seconds full throttle. No chance you are catching anyone in that thing.

I know that is a lot, but some are really simple fixes that would make the game more enjoyable. And, if you decide that you'd like to give players the option to keep 100 broken vehicles on the side cool, but please at least allow us to turn that off or limit the amount we see; same applies for other things.

Certainly an improvement from the first game. It doesn't have much lag, it runs pretty smooth, and the graphics are improved. I would recommend this game!

Solid game. I dabble with playing it, but every time I do I end up spending hours and hours doing missions, and customizing stuff. Also, the modding community is great (so I hear). It's definitely worth buying!

Very fun game, definitely recommended.

The game is a bit buggy still, but that is certainly to be expected given it just released early access today. I look forward to future improvements and I must say that I overall am pleased with it. Definitely not another SP3, very happy about that!

Yeah the game is a bit strange sometimes with the roads, but people are complaining too much. It is a finished game imo, and I haven't had any problems. It actually surprises me to see so many negative reviews, they worked really hard on this, and it shows. But, if you are an avid player who thinks they will cry about every tiny bug, just wait a few months for some patches and you'll be fine.

Amazing game, there are so many different possibilities each time you play this game. I've played dozens of times and each time is unique and I have still yet to find all of the story outcomes. I highly recommend.

Ok...this game is WAY too hard to play. It's honestly ridiculous at this point. The UI looks nice, but it is very impractical. Now, I understand that I am relatively new to the game, but this is just insane. I spent quite some time just trying to figure out basic functions such as how to select units and move them and just overall do basic things; that should'nt be the case. This game is just too difficult to manage in the sense that they make it impossible to do things .

Awesome game, the modding community is awesome and mods are really easy to install. I definetely recommend this game to anyone who likes blowing things up.

This game is simply amazing, I love everything about it. Perfect political game, this is exactly what I had been looking for!

Edit: After playing this game for many more hours from my original post, I have to say a few things:

1) Still an amazing game, I love almost everything about it (although it can get boring and repetitive after a while).

2) I would like to see more from this game. While it is fun and engaging at first, you will start to realize that everything is pretty much the same no matter what position you are in. Being President is literally no different than being Governor. After being a Senator for a bit and eventually becoming President I was excited to see what the Presidency had to offer (assuming it was going to be different) and it was basically the same thing with the exception to the once a year annual budget being an option as President. All you do is pass legislation (and there aren't that many options) and it gets boring after hours of playing it. I recommend that the developers add more things to do to increase variety otherwise this game will only last you a few hours and die off shortly as sad as that is to say.
