After over a year (as of writing) of CS2 being out, Valve has spat in the face of its largest fanbase, particularly with the sorry excuse they call "The Armory". We have been waiting over 1000 days for a new operation, and they essentially just gave us more skins instead. Not to mention the awful looking weapon charms. Sad.
