Alright so i'm just a few games in and there are a bunch of problems I have with the game. I will continue to try it out.

The game is far too much like league of legends and it absolutely lacks personality. The only gimmick smite has going for it is the 3rd person combat. The heroes abilities are not very inspired and lack depth. While graphically the game looks fantastic, the abilities are just "throw this" "attack forward" "dash fast".

Really enjoying the game so far. I'm not a huge fan of card games but this is done well enough to get over it. The characters are really well rounded and balanced so its a good back and fourth from the AI. Some huge negatives I have is the absolute lack of control of players during combat. It gets really annoying when the Mid character is running down mid and dying for the 7th turn a match... so some sort of input for lane management would be great. The game it's based off of is League of Legends which is a very basic game, I would have liked to see more of a DOTA game so there could be some strategic value. Overall a good game but has me wanting for more.

Alright so I have tried to get back into this a few times, but honestly the game play loop is really boring. You do the same 3-4 things over and over while trying to take out some zombies along the way. The first one was fantastic as an introduction but this second one gave almost nothing to the series. It's a good game alright, but it lacks content and becomes repetitive very quickly. The multiplayer is nice and they did a great job with attention to detail. I would have liked to see bigger maps with more variety of content. This is what happens when you sell to Microsoft though and get pushed to deadlines very quickly.

I absolutely love this game and think it is a fantastic second game to the Space Marine series. Graphically the game is stunning. The music is on point. And the overall theme of 40k is perfect.

However,
There is a huge lack of content for the major delays. They should have had some open world or mission system. I think if you are going to have such a short camp then you should really expand on the multiplayer. Not launching with a horde mode is a terrible mistake and I doubt many players will come back for it. The game just needs more to do to survive. Huge failure there.

For the price this is an awesome collection. Shows how difficult some of these early games really are. I doubt many, if any, of the players who got this game will ever beat even 1 of the games included. It took me a long time to just get past a few bosses and I enjoyed the difficulty of it.

The developers are engaged with players on the forums and hot fixing issues. This is huge.

Almost no customization. No custom portraits, character development, or RPG options.
The campaigns are incredibly linear and offer very little for players to explore.
No customization mode for DMs to create full games.
The campaigns that are in the game are incredibly bland and offer almost nothing. It's like reading from a book that has you do the "choose your own adventure". The players input changes nothing.

Worth checking out, but this currently offers just a few hours of enjoyment before you have to buy a 20$ campaign or two. Will check back in a few weeks to see what the devs are going to try and do. Would love to have some options to do anything.

Good lord this is bad. I waited for it to be $4.00 and still feel like I wasted money on it.

alt+f4 rage quit does not work. They make you use.... the menus.

Very glad I got to refund it. Even for just a few bucks this is not worth anyones time. The combat is just horrible. The graphics though look very nice and represent the world, but not enough to keep me interested. Too clunky and slow.
