I'm strongly under the belief the developer either created the game using a platformer template with flipped assets, or is working with a developer who uses a bunch of different names to distribute similar games across Steam, in an effort to make a quick buck on third party key websites by misleading customers.

I purchased a random "VIP" key from a seller on "Gee-Two-Eh" (spell it out) called "Gamesevolution" for around $3. The terms of the "VIP" key is that you'd receive a game valued at €39.99 or more. As you can see, this game in particular game is priced on Steam as $44.99.

I've rarely had a bad experience with "Gee-Two-Eh" so I was surprised when this seller gave me a key to this game in particular. Being scammed aside (I only really lost $3), I was more surprised when I decided to investigate the game further.

Looking at the reviews, you can see a plethora of positive reviews from different accounts with similar speech patterns and playtimes. At this point it was quite apparent that the seller of this game is creating fake Steam accounts to review the game to flood out the negative reviews.

I've already reported the game on here for fraud, and the seller on "Gee-Two-Eh," and I would recommend you to do the same if you've fallen trap to this scam. Allowing comments to see if the "developer" replies.

Thaddeus, if you're reading this, you did an awesome job. I have a suggestion for more comfortable playability though.

It's been incredibly fun just playing training alone, imagine what it's like with people.

It's a giant learning curve, as it's a platform fighter with three attack buttons rather than two, but that doesn't kill the fun.

Still, I'd love for a setting where depending on how long you hold the attack button, it'll activate either a light attack or strong attack. I don't believe there're any lights that have charges so this would be amazing, to feel more like traditional platform fighters.

Other than that, I don't have any complaints! Can't wait to see where development goes from here! Congrats on an amazing launch!!!

I can confirm I did receive Rinzler upon purchase, alongside TRON and Quorra. Was likely a glitch with some people that I'm sure got patched. Sark you can get with Kudos, he's not included in the pack. People clearly didn't read the forum post.

Otherwise, I LOVE this pack. I recommend 10/10.

End of Line.

I understand a whole lot of people are having a lot of fun with this game. Though, where it's at right now, at least personally, it's still far from being a good experience for me. There's a reason it's in early access right now.

The game stopped running for me after the first time I ran it. It softlocked and refused to launch after several reboots and uninstalls. I only made it through about five minutes of actual gameplay. A majority of my 77 logged minutes were waiting for the game to report an action I've made to the servers (naming my character, my Temtem, etc), or in blackscreens. Decided to refund in the end, as much as I didn't want to.

One positive thing I'll say is that it didn't take me long at all to get through a queue of ten thousand players, though, a whole lot of the issues lay within the servers itself. Let us not forget when another small indie studio, Hello Games, tried to make a project a thousand times bigger than their previous stuff. Sure, they recovered, but not until after a lot of time. I think that Crema severely underestimated how online servers worked, let alone MMOs. Don't get me started on the base game alone, it's practically half functioning. I'm sure they'll get everything up and running properly in no time, but it should still be addressed. They needed more time to work on things, as it feels extremely rushed.

I'll leave this open to editing later, as I'll give this game another shot when it fully releases. While I wish I could have enjoyed this game more in an early access stage, I understand it has a whole lot more ground to cover. Here's to hoping my second time around will be a more positive experience.

I feel like this can become a better game if Gun Media and IllFonic gave more of a ♥♥♥♥ about fixing the damn thing. Yeah, more content on the way is great, but there are bugs from launch that are super easy to patch still in the game, which is a shame. I hope there's a bright future for this game, not a field of dead servers.

It's an enjoyable game, definitely a whole lot of fun to be had, but it should definitely be cheaper than $40, it's totally not worth THAT price, unless the devs fix it and/or you have no regrets paying that much for an incomplete game, then you should be fine. Otherwise, you'll have fun.
