As far as Gridders go, this one hits the right buttons in the sci-fi elements. The music is atmospheric, the gameplay is good. You get a lot of free motion to view things around you, even when you stand still. There are plenty of secrets, even in "randomly generated" levels that make up the job board missions you can take in the game.

My biggest gripes are that loot is a little TOO random? Like Diablo or Borderlands, any piece of loot can drop with any number of modifiers on them and getting the right combination (and rarity upgrade) of an item that actually IS an upgrade for you can be rare. Like, I still have a lot of my guys running around in armor that's 5+ levels lower than what they should be wearing because the modifiers on the lower level gear are perfect for the builds I'm going for with them.

Totally fine game otherwise though. The story branches off so you end up with different missions depending on how you handled/respond to things in the previous mission. I like that kind of thing in my games.
