Theres one active server with badmins (half filled at best).

The map is huge and I thought it was cool, but theres not enough players, and theres no ai animal options to give it life, so even the one populated server seems desolate and empty.

game crashes half the time with various errors. unreal engine related glitches and problems are also common.
cool concept but bad game

This game has been out for years and is STILL a glitchy mess. i just played for like 6 hours last night only for nothing to save and all my saves to get wiped because of a glitch thats been happening for a year at least now, and now they are working on a new one, so the chances of it getting fixed are very small.

cool game if they could get it figured out, too unstable tho. crashes constantly on my computer, regardless of if im using mods or not, and i have a good computer

As cool as the gameplay is, and it is probably the best ww2 flight game out there as far as just gameplay goes, its really hard for me to recommend this game. There are so many widespread bugs and problems that have been happening for years and they refuse to address them such as account login problems with steam( where if you look up their fix for it involves cd keys, a feature steam does not have anymore), issues playing full screen, weapon loadout issues, ect. Too many inexcusable problems that have not been fixed update after update.

Yes i recommend this game. I did play 2234 hours of it after all. IDK what else you could expect from someone whos played a game that long honestly.

cool game and they do everything well...EXCEPT the battles...which is like...the whole point of the game. the AI is god awful and just launch disorganized piecemeal attacks at fortified positions so the defender almost always wins and your units dont listen to your commands half the time. FIX THE AI.

Edit: 41 hours and several years later, it still hasnt got any better. In fact if anything it is worse because now i have to reload the game every 15-20 minutes or my units/armies will freeze and not move anymore regardless of orders

Game has so much potential and the battles look so cool along with the shipbuilding, but i cant recommend the game in its current state. The Map and menus are god awful. Its ugly and its hard to select your units if there are multiple units in the area. If your Japan and go to war with america you cant just scroll right over the pacific to engage them you have to scroll all the way left. In battle torpedoes dont launch when you tell them to while the computer lights you up with their own. The campaign is also super glitchy. However they do update it often and seem to be actively trying to make the game better still. Its pretty much still in early access even if they say it is not.

a cool take on the total war world with warhammer fantasy themes and OP commanders.
