The optimization for the game is terrible. However, it's not completely broken. Everyone else hates the game because of the issues when it comes to performance. I'm using a GTX 960 and at the lowest and 1920x1080, I get an average of 50 frames per second. I don't really care about the graphics.

The mechanics and combat is so much better. Ofcourse you could just thrash the game with just counter and attacks or you could have fun and use different variation of moves with quickfire gadgets.

Level design and stealth levels are really well designed and the story isn't all bad. Still, I'm sure everyone who is a Bat-Man fan easily predicted who the Arkham Knight was.

So if you don't care about graphics and frames per second being at around 40, and enjoys the game with combat and destructive tanks, then this is the game for you. Ofcourse, since the PC port is bad, you can always to play the console versions of the game.
