to everyone who says this game lacks things from EDF 5 and isnt critiquing the game because of ESG.

play past mission 13.

this game has left my jaw on the floor for every second past that point.

Although I didnt take part in the "review bombing" stratagem. every little helps to get this game back to the positive review score it deserves to help the fellow helldivers out on the Automaton and Terminid fronts.

as of writing this comment the game has been out for about 4-5 hours

I've had little to no major issues with the game, no graphical issues nor repeated crashing, at most on first run it lagged before i loaded in for the first time and its been smooth since.

Pros: pretty much a more relaxed tarkov with a focus on stealing anything not nailed down while scavenging for better weapons, attachments and resources to craft more base parts and buy items.

Cons: no Co-Op resource sharing meaning at best you alternate who is hosting to get everyone on par in terms of items.

Hopes for the future: an endless mode with a focus on surviving waves, and building an unbreakable outpost. and alongside that a way to either have everyone share resources and objectives would smooth things out in terms of progression.

overall: about a 7-8.5/10 only needing some minor but important changes to improve it considerably. alongside fixing the issues others have had even if i haven't had them myself.

to the people complaining about the lack of "feature x,y,z" from payday 2.

please consider this. payday 2 has had 10 years of almost constant development, updates and DLC.

as of writing this payday 3 has been out for 3 whole days. give the game a chance to improve and update before you utterly write it off.

if given much needed support, continuous development and perhaps a side of workshop support it could be one of the greats.

people bashing the UX or bugs tend not to realise not only is it early access but has been out for literal hours at the time of writing this review
