A timeless gem from the greatest era of RTS gaming. This masterpiece's mechanics still hold up today, and its excellent campaign evokes pure nostalgia.

Suzerain is a gem of a game and the Kingdom of Rizia DLC builds upon the foundations of the rich lore and political intrigue featured in the base game. I played through the base game multiple times with multiple different endings and have been eagerly awaiting a sequel. Ever since KoR was announced, I had been eagerly awaiting its release and upon completing it, the game exceeded my expectations.

KoR seamlessly integrates into the existing Suzerain universe and even improves upon it in many aspects. The player choice like before, is weighty and meaningful, and choices you make have long-term implications. Visually, the game continues to impress, with stunning artwork and meticulous attention to detail bringing the world of Suzerain to life. The soundtrack, too, deserves praise for its ability to evoke the appropriate mood and atmosphere.

There are plenty of new economic, military, diplomatic, council relation, conflict resolution, energy and combat mechanics in the game. These additions deeper the strategic depth of Suzerain and enriches the experience, prompting players to stop and think about the impacts and benefits of trade deals, arms deals, and military alliances.

It has been a joy to play KoR, and I will play through it many more times while awaiting another sequel, thank you devs!

Reminds me of the 'sim-lite' games of old like Strike Fighters, F-22 TAW, and Eurofighter Typhoon. I have not had the chance to play a lot, but I did quite enjoy the simplistic flight model and avionics as well as the implementation of the small-scale dynamic campaign. Some much needed features include wingmen, wingmen commands, and maybe even AWACS support. The game is still in early access but I have high hopes for the future.

I miraculously got this to work on Windows 11 but honestly it's not worth the hassle.

Single player focused strategy games set in the modern era are few and far in between these days. Regiments is an immersive, challenging, fast paced RTT game set during a Cold War gone hot scenario. It looks a lot like the Wargame series of strategy games but don't be fooled, Regiments is a unique experience reminiscent of solid older games like World in Conflict and EndWar.

"The tank game you've been waiting for"

This sentence alone sums up what GHPC is, especially if you were around in the early 00s aka the glory days of sim-lite games. GHPC is a love letter to those games, especially the Armored Fist series by NovaLogic, it's a lot more advanced though, a lot cooler, even if it's still in very early stages of development. Ballistics, GPS, GAS, Artillery etc. have already been implemented in most of the available vehicles. Engagements are fast, deadly, and extremely fun.

The game is set in a fictional cold war gone hot scenario in 86', primarily the Fulda Gap region pitting NATO forces (The US and West Germany) against WP forces (GSFG and East Germany). Being set in 86', the game will include most tanks in service with combatants during that era, some of which are already included in the early access release. These include some tanks in service with the US and East Germany during this timeframe.

The biggest strength of GHPC at this moment is the voice acting in the US vehicles. You feel like you're actually in combat, it makes for a very immersive and stressful environment when you're engaging hordes of East German tanks rolling down the German countryside.

While the era is classified as 'modern', it's still 1986, so you are not going to have access to the most modern (and the sexiest) tanks in service today, like M1A2s, T-90s and Challenger 2s. Unfortunately, we're still going to have to suffer in War Thunder top-tier for a few more years if we want to play those modern tanks until GHPC expands and adds more theaters of war which include today's deadly battlefields. Keeping this in mind however, it needs to be said that GHPC is not War Thunder!!! Don’t expect it to be like War Thunder!!! Stop comparing it to War Thunder!!!

We should count our blessings. GHPC is a love letter to tank sim fans, the developers are active, helpful, and very nice. The future of GHPC is bright and exciting!

Latest update broke the game audio. Kassandra is communicating in SIGN LANGUAGE!

Edit: New update has fixed the problem.

Basically reskinned F1 2020 with a 'story mode' which is a bunch of linear objectives. If you really want to play it, buy it on sale, I don't find it worth the full price tag.
