Dark Souls 3 (like the original Dark Souls) is a masterpiece

I completed this game 10+ times on Xbox One. I am replaying it now on PC and loving it just as much

If you have never played a Dark Souls game, you don't know what you are missing

The Souls games get a bad rap for being "Too Hard"

What they don't say is that the games are not cheap, just punishing especially early on. Early on, before you learn the basics (especially if its your first Souls game)) you will die a lot. Once you get the combat system down, upgrade your weapons, level up and find good gear the game becomes much much easier

The way it feels is an incredible feeling of accomplishment. On top of that, if you want to completely squash the game just play it in 2-3 player co-op. Hard bosses become a piece of cake with 3 players

This game is incredible. The attention to detail taken is absolutely insane!
Its a shame that Xbox/PS4 versions are getting slammed so bad, the PC version of this game is incredibly well optimized. You may get a glitch here or there, but nothing bad.
The story, the city (Night City to be precise), the characters, the depth, it is all here.

I am 40 hours in and have just scratched the surface of everything Night City has to offer

If you are a fan of Lovecraftian Horror games this is a MUST play. The story may be a little generic but it captivates you and forces you to make tough decisions (that do affect the games ending).
I played through the entire game in around 9 hours. I really enjoyed the entire game, I think $19.99 is a good price point for it. If you can find it on sell, even better.
Sound and graphics are awesome. Not a game with any combat, more about exploration and well crafted puzzles. If I had one complaint it would be that there are a couple of parts where it is not very clear what to do next, but that is most horror games.

Look...the game had a rough launch. They clearly were not ready for the amount of people who hopped on the game. Let's be real though, this game absolutely rocks! The combat is insane! I loved the story, I love the progression system, the graphics, the way the game gets so much better once you beat the campaign. I can't recommend this game enough. It's not just a Diablo clone. It's a great game that might do ARPG better than Diablo does. Do yourself a favor and pick it up!

Nearly 40 hours into the game already, I cannot recommend it enough.
This game is basically Dark Souls + Guns + Friends and it is AMAZING. Seriously I have no complaints about this game. It is polished, smooth, fun, action packed, challenging, beautiful, detailed and the game runs flawlessly. Co-op is drop in and drop out without any issues connecting. Progress is tied to the host which works amazingly well, allowing you to drop into a friends game at anytime while still progressing and strengthening your own character with trait points, items, currency and experience.

If you liked Dark Souls at all, get this game. Even if you couldn't handle Dark Souls, get this game and get a friend to help you through it. I can't say enough good things about this game. I hope they continue to support it and add DLC in the future!!
