Honestly more of a grind to the finish than the endless onslaught that a typical souls game brings. I held out and kept hoping things would get more difficult towards the end, but, as I watched Aldia turn to dust I was left feeling exceptionally hollow. No pun intended.

Unsurprisingly, a Dark Souls game not directed by the mastermind of the souls series was disappointing. I played myself.

It has some pretty views and the same old great lore, though. That's really the only thing that kept me going the entire time.
