Killer game, would love a dlc/update to increase replayability though. Right now the game will clock in around 10 hours, and it's not nearly as replayable as you'd expect a roguelike to be. If you're ok with that, go in blind and have a blast.

basically a prototype for the kind of game thrones of britannia and troy would become.
really fun time period, definitely worth if you haven't played shogun 2
if you have shogun 2 this is pretty overpriced and plays similarly so wait for a sale
