I really enjoy House Flipper and interior design. I primarily decorate houses for my aesthetic pleasure and not for selling. Because of this, I am a frequent user of the House Flipper workshop, where you can find many new decorations that are not in the game.

After reviewing all of the new items in this DLC, it is clear to me that many of the items were (at minimum) inspired by the workshop, if not directly copied. The most egregious example is the "pot shelf," which I originally downloaded from the workshop in July and is now in the game via House Flipper, as an almost exact copy. It is REALLY disappointing to see House Flipper ripping off small graphic designers' ideas.

Overall, there are many new items that were much needed. The new kitchen islands, new bathroom accessories, and living walls look great.
