I don't get Subnautica devs, they're really talented but then crap up their game with these ♥♥♥♥♥♥ land zones and lame story elements that don't play to the games strengths at all. Makes the game seem really uneven in quality, but its still Subnautica and those strengths are oh so good.

Play the original first though if you haven't already, that one is more complete. Also the progression in this game is weird in comparison.

Has some nice moments but not worth the asking price overall. I'd wait for a sale if the demo interests you.

Good bit of fun for the price

Fun at first, but I found it gets boring a little fast.

Kind of mind numbing in its simplicity, but visuals are still slick regardless.

I would be inclined to give it a thumbs down but for this price I can't complain, worth it for some light puzzle entertainment.

It's not great. It has some impactful and suspenseful moments, but doesn't really come together well as a whole. The story ends up unengaging and the ending is pretty lame. Also suffers heavily from what I call "No actor syndrome" where you already know you're never going to meet any characters due to budget and engine limitations.

One of my favorite horror games. Not just cheap jump scares.

Some neat moments here and there but not compelling enough to want to replay for multiple endings .

This is actually the best game on Steam.
