The tags really don't describe the game correctly.. It's a reverse tower defense game in a way, it's not very good but also not that bad. Just don't expect too much from this one, there are better indie games out there for the same price for sure.

Its a neat game, but the dev is doing shady stuff and increasing the price on their already overpriced DLC. Just pick up Dwarf Fortress on Steam, it's a much better game than Rimworld.

This and XCOM: Chimera Squad are now my go-to turn based tactics games. Great art, music, and combat. Only issue is that the game can and will get repetitive, but that's kind of the theme of the game at the same time. I might just be easy to please with fun combat/mechanics, but I think that this is a solid 8/10 and I really like what this game has going for it.

This game is actually a lot of fun, BUT at this point the highest ranked/skilled players have taken upon themselves to start smurf accounts to pub stomp. It's honestly killed all of the fun I had with the game as I am not that great and loved being immersed in a Star Wars flight game. You will get thrashed by these guys that are, in their words, "Pro Players" and it's just not a good time anymore. This is their game now, and you can't really do anything other than play against AI. If you can accept that then you might have a good time, but casual players should probably steer clear from now on.

I got to the final story mission, and the "game" is good. But in the end it doesn't feel like a game, felt like they finished every level with a "meh, good enough" attitude. I liked the game and I loved the soundtrack, but it just doesn't give me enough to want to hop back on and play. There are no plans for mod support, and the story is super bland, some other modes allow you to play around but it all only feels "okay". While BONEWORKS can showcase what VR can really do, it also showcases why people do not want to buy into VR. Every title is 20+ dollars, less than 10 hours long, and does not give enough content to make me personally want to boot up the game anymore. Once you finish the "story" you have seen almost everything the game has to offer, they even showed you the solution to like half the puzzles in the trailer.

EDIT/UPDATE:
The game has been out for a few months now with minimal updates that fix irritating bugs and errors. At this point in time it should be a 10 dollar early access title. I said at the beginning of the review that the game doesn't feel like a game, it's more on an experience. An experience that was so bad that I would like to forget it.

I never knew that I wanted to see a Belmont climb a 300 foot tall monster and punch it to death until I played this game

This is one of the coolest applications you can buy, hands down.

Better than the first game, but literally everything still kills you by breathing. The combat is better, the game looks better, sounds better, but every single enemy will kill you in 1-2 hits. So don't ♥♥♥♥ up.

It's a short game (around 5ish hours if you suck) that plays like Hotline Miami X Dead Cells. Other than a few questionable choices regarding how to progress the story the game is quite good. I'm personally not a fan of the story I am enjoying ending at the climax, but the game was so much fun that I have to say it was worth the money. The soundtrack is top tier, the fighting is amazing, and the visuals are great. Just get ready to get story cucked is all.
