A game made full of thought and care, Paradise Killer deserves more recognition for its distinctive charm and a new kind of freshness it brings to open world exploration games. The lore of the game is rich and fascinating and the music is catchy and fits perfectly to the vibe that the in-game universe is going for. I initially thought it would feel lacking after I found out that there would be only one trial in the entire game, but given the game's mechanics and how everything connects together (once you believe you have collected everything to proceed with your trial), it does make sense. I am a huge fan of the Phoenix Wright series and this game definitely delivered my expectations and more. Also, as I got more engaged and pulled into the world of PK, I sometimes often forgot that I was even supposed to conduct a trial (def. not a complaint though).

The Jojo-esque inspired art style for the characters is also a huge plus (Lady Love Dies is inspired by Lisa Lisa for example) as it makes exploring and investigating more fun and exciting whenever you first meet a character especially. I hope the developers will be able to make a sequel and/or prequel as the events before the game were also very interesting. The entire world is beautifully crafted and I hope for the same for any future games. Please do consider buying this.
