Wow, I bought this game because I thought it would be top bants.... It really really was.

Just think about the synopsis for a second. "Set in the future, you're a space man, killing dinosaurs with futuristic weapons." Now that just sounds like a terrible 80s horror film doesn't it. Well, like an 80s horror film, this game is at the same time good, and bad.
This game costs so little, you can easily sit outside your house, beg like a homeless person for a couple of hours, and then buy it (you know, or just buy it in the first place with money you already have).
Good game, all I need to say.

When I first saw Goat sim on the steam store, I wondered why anyone would make it. It looked terrible. Graphically, the visuals weren't particularly pleasing, and from the title, I didn't expect the gameplay to be very good. I predicted the community that played it to be a plethora of culkin individuals, and to be fair, all of my predictions were right.

The gameplay may not be very good, but there's no denying, the glitches, problems, idiocies that one may encounter while playing this game are what make it great. The lack of bug fixes show us, that a game doesn't have to be well made to be good. For such a cheap game, one can have a lot of fun. With so many things to visit, to do, to eat, to lick, this game makes the average person wish they were truly a goat, living in a world of virtual nonsensical violence and mayhem.

I played this game back on Xbox360, and quite simply, it's just as good as it is there. The same physics, the same story, the same game. Quite simply, this game brings a beloved game to a new platform, so that more people can enjoy. I love this game, this game loves me. This game and me are one, and me and this game are one.

What seems like a simple childish platformer, is in reality sooo much more. Unbelieveably good gameplay, simple controls, and crazy gamemodes are what make this game great. In everyway this game exels; for example, the music captures and embodies this game beautifully.

Battleblock, what a game. In every way, timeless. In everyway, beautiful. Graphics may not matter, but in this case, it improves. Whereas this game with simpler graphics could still be good, the graphics used make us want more. Customisable characters, different weapons and teams, YES!!!

You've come to the right guy. I often review games, and for once, here's one that I don't like.

Not that I have anything against it, but this game has changed. It used to feel fresh, new, untainted; however, now it's mainstream and played out. With a hardcore community of 12 year olds, a poor russian fanbase, a toxic trading community, you'd think this game had "everything" an fps game needs today. The question is, why doesn't this one work?

There's one, simple answer to this : people grow up. They need challenges. Whereas the gameplay to this shooter is fun, it lacks the intensity and difficulty that other games can't help but fund to the casual gamer. Sure, it can be fun to pick this game up, load a deathmatch, and blow your friends brains out with a sniper rifle, but it's easier said than done. Deathamatch servers, the core of all fps games ever, are becoming harder and harder to find. Quite simply, this game has been drenched of everything that makes it great.

Grow up, play harder games.

(Do to recent uneducated fans of valve's lesser games, not understanding the meaning of a review, and just insulting me for expressing my personnal opinion about the game, rather than theirs, just note this:
All you 11 year old tf2 fanboys, please, go on a low sodium diet.... I just.... Can't take all the salt....)

This game is FANTASTIC; that is, until you lose 15 hours of progress after a friend (not even a zombie, you know, the main enemy in the game) kills you in a "misunderstanding". Anyways, all personal anger aside, you will probably enjoy this game (if you manage to survive the harsh enviroment presented to you by the game's designers).

I love this game, and all of the aspects enjoyed by it's community. Although joining global servers is difficult, this can be countered by playing with your mates, on either a lan, or a private server (made easy to run). Fun, refreshing gameplay let's avid players enjoy a seemingly dull, repetitive and derivitive game for hours, and with a one time payement of nil, this game is perfect for all the poor people out there.

On the subject of poor people, a good pc isn't even necessary to enjoy this game. I easily run at around 120 frames, on my two year old laptop, whilst running the medium settings.

So please, enjoy this game, don't hesitate, go back to your roots : graphics aren't important if the gameplay is good.

What to say about CS:GO. Well, for starters, if you want to learn russian fast, MatchMaking is the perfect thing for you. Secondly, if you love perfect hit registration, this game is "Top Notch".

Finally, if rage is your passion, and you love a good old toxic community, a hacker filled matchmaking system, troll filled trade community, failed anti-cheat/ anti-smurf systems, this game is the perfect step for you to go to.
