Pros:
- Nice visuals, the graphics are nice
- Gameplay is pretty good, combos and fighting mechanics are fun
- The combat system and weapons feel good to use

Cons:
- Story? What's a story? The game drops your in telling you that it's "weird and abnormal weather phenomenon" and, the next cutscenes don't connect with one another
- Too much hand-holding. The maps are already linear and impossible to mess-up, yet you're constantly being reminded where to go.
- THIS ONE IS THE REASON I DON'T RECOMMEND: The game, on the highest difficulty (which you have to beat to unlock the even higher one) IS 2 HOURS LONG

Pros:
- Awesome gameplay
- Awesome graphics
- Big map, mostly explorable and parkouring/climbing
- Pretty art
- You can pet the dogs and, you can feed the dogs
- The vendor is a magical/mystical cat that goes back to sleep once you're done shopping
- Fighting is fun, the hand-gestures/signs don't get tiring even after a while
- Awesome voice acting
- World events

Cons:
- Big part of the gameplay, if you want the unlocks, is going from rooftop to rooftop collecting 'souls'
- The story isn't that great, although the villain is
- It's Tokyo so, you need the map in order not to constantly get lost amongst buildings that look alike

Pros:
- Customizable difficulties, good that you can swap minute details
- Option to select Frequency of slow-motion/x-ray cameras
- Pretty lightweight game, overall. Even in Ultra settings
- Will grab every ledge he can, which means you can't accidentally fall off the map or a building because you stood too close to the ledge
- Throwables (for distraction) are bottles instead of rocks which in-turn, gives the game a heightened sense of realism considering, in previous games you had infinite rocks
- Guns are audible, even when silenced. Yes, this is a Pro as, not all realism is bad
- Big maps, they don't look like it but, the maps are actually pretty
- Decently, a lot of replay-ability
- You can mark enemies with your scope, instead of only binoculars
- Ability to switch between First Person perspective and Third Person during your A.D.S.
- Epic Music (on Stage 5, hope this continues)

Cons:
- Not 2022/2023 graphics, more like 2014 graphics
- This game does not allow you to change your cross-hair(scoped) like the previous ones did
- No jump button, can be an issue when you fall down a 2ft (60cm) trench and have to walk all the way around
- Enemies will act differently after loading. For example, if you weren't sure about a shot on a moving guy and, you save before taking the shot, miss then, load on that save, that guy might decide "Oh no, I was running this way all along" and, switch direction once loading the save.
- "GPU Device was lost, game cannot continue" like, what? I only have one GPU and, I promise you I did not disconnect it in the middle of the game
- 0 Ammo weapons (1 use) don't automatically get dropped, even though they can't be reloaded/refilled (even if you have their ammo type)
- Enemies will hear you, even when it makes no sense. Example: Killing someone fully stealthily in that room and walking will get you heard by an enemy in a different room, instead of that enemy assuming that it's the Patrolling Guard you just killed+
- HATS = HELMETS, I can't stress this enough, shooting someone's hat off with a 7.62mm through a Karbiner 98 from 50~ meters, should not be a thing
- Enemies don't stay marked for long, only a few seconds
- You hit max level pretty quickly (mission 4 for me) but unlocks are only through clearing stages and finding certain benchmarks (crafting tables) on those maps, making unlocks obsolete since, most of them will be unlocked on the final stage

Early Access Review
Petty Dev gifts steam keys to gain attention and, then revokes game access when he doesn't have use for you anymore.

Envision this:
The year is 2021, you're locked in the pandemic so you think "why the hell not let's bring back an older shooter and see if I can relive the memories or if it's the nostalgia that's attracting me to this game."
So you download the game, launch it, set it to max graphics as your computer can now easily withhold it nowadays.
You wait 20 minutes for a match and finally join a lobby of 50% cheaters, 30% ear molesters and 20% children aged 13 or below that insist that they have slept with your mother.

Nothing has changed, 10/10 would play again.

Best game I had to re-buy thrice this year.
