Although it's not forgiving, it's not that difficult either. Not sure it was worth quite as much money, but around 15-20€ should be good.

it's clearly a love letter to classic Doom, however we've come a long way since then. First of all, the shotgun should be able to kill more than one enemy, else it's not really worth using. Secondly, air strafing could be improved a bit to get more fluidity into the game. Finally, the pistol feels so much more powerful compared to the dual rifles that I didn't really care for the latter. Despite these criticisms, the game is quite fun.

I can't believe I'm recommending this game. It's not a Metal Gear game, but it's been fun for the couple hours I've played it.

Whereas MHW strayed quite a bit from the "classic" Monster Hunter experience, Rise keeps some of World's qualities but returns to the series' roots. You can really tell that the two games were made in parallel, which is not a bad thing whatsoever! The new rope mechanic blends in nicely with the fighting mechanics, and you can really tell there is a lot there to be discovered on that front. All in all I've had a great time so far as a veteran!

Once I took a quick look at the tutorial on the "official" OpenTTD wiki, I grok the game and now I'm having a blast. Still have to figure out all the different signals that are more complicated than the "simple" one.

I didn't believe that Fromsoft would be able to one-up themselves after playing through both Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro, but here we are. And oh my dear. This has to be one of the richest experiences you can ever get out of a video game. The story, lore, atmosphere, and game mechanics are all exceptionally rich and work together perfectly. This gets rounded out by the addition of a couple of new quality of life features like the map screen. The level design gently nudges you in the right direction, and bosses show you if you might want to explore you a bit more (by absolutely bashing your head in).

If you wanna have a blast of a time, go in blind and leave no stone unturned! Time to become the Elden Lord!
