Early Access Review
Life Simulator + Car Building Simulator + Racing Simulator. It sounds interesting and MSC proves it has potential.

MSC is an unexpectedly detailed game but also very rough around the edges. I don't think there is way to play this game without finding it tedious at certain times, in spite of everything it has to offer. It's a roller-coaster of being fully immersed in the game and being bored and resorting to cheating to rollback on mistakes or ease some tasks.

It's nonetheless a great experience if you love cars. It makes you not want to give up until you finish tuning and customizing your Datsun, and maybe participate in a rally or drag race. As I hinted at earlier, the playthrough is coarse but fun all the while.

Farming "Simulator" 19

It doesn't comprehend all of the intricacies of actual farming but nonetheless operating the machines and performing tasks is quite relaxing and fun.
The tractors are satisfactorily animated, in particular the independent suspension and tyre pressure. Unfolding the implements and working with them is also entertaining.

There's a lot of different stuff to try out and it provides lots of playtime.

The downsides are the crappy DLCs as well as the fact it lacks depth. It would be nice if the game allowed the players to actually immerse themselves in the farming world by punishing rough driving, requiring the player to hook the implements and trailers, connecting hydraulic lines, air lines, electricals, PTO, etc., plowing, sowing and harvesting in timely manner, etc. ...

Hopefully the sequels in this series will tackle this.

Honorable mention to the modding community. There are a lot of good, useful and fun mods. Especially Seasons 19 which radically affects the game pace and makes it more realistic.

It's a worthy F2P fast-paced shooter and it's a shame the developers have moved on. The greatest aspect about the game is how objective-centric the gameplay is. Along with unique classes, it makes for fun co-op matches, none equal to the previous, be them casual or competitive.
Character movement is fluent and each kill is satisfying. The maps are well designed be and promote teamwork. The Faceit matches were quite entertaining to watch.

Characters may take a while to unlock, but all of them are good on their own, albeit some are more advanced or situational. Their equipment and bonus effects are set by their "loadout cards". Loadout cards come in tiers (tiers change the cosmetic appearance) and are obtained from "cases" but you can buy low tier ones with the equipment and augments you want from the store with the game currency.

In the end it always felt a bit too easy to get stuff and I'm guessing that was the cause of its demise. Anyone who played the during its final year could probably tell the developers were implementing some desperate measures to try and make some money.
With almost 1/2 1000 hours spent on this game, in my honest opinion it should have been B2P. It was totally worth between 20€-30€.

It's a great city-building game. The simulation is not the most intricate, but it is complete. From alpine towns to megalopolis, the greatest thing about this game is without a doubt its sandbox aspect. Complemented by a great, active community, I'd say it's perfect game for those looking for a sound city-building game to create the cities of their dreams.

The open world level made this game feel less fluid when compared to Sniper Ghost Warrior 2, thus less satisfying. Sometimes it's fun to explore and come across certain trinkets like camos and unlocking new weapons, but beyond that, it lacks incentive to promote exploration of the game world. Mid game, it gets boring simply having to drive to a location rather than loading up the level.

This game builds on Sniper Ghost Warrior 2, introducing an open world, and fails at it.

However, certain aspects of it like the optional objectives, interrogating enemies and having the freedom to move around more freely made the missions quite enjoyable (in general). Again, I just think they could have implemented this in a linear and well designed level.

Despite this, it's a fun "little" game, and I think it's worth it if you snag a discount. I managed to put in 20 hours (finished the campaign and played the "Escape of Lydia" DLC (2 missions)) before uninstalling. By comparison, I have (at the moment of typing of this comment) 22 hours on Ghost Warrior 2, having replayed it 2 times (medium and hard difficulty).

My suggestion for a future sequel would be making it sort of "semi-linear". Make fewer levels and missions, but bigger linear maps. "Linear" in a way that makes the gameplay feel fluid (the player knows exactly what they have to do) whilst still offering multiple approaches to the challenge (does the player prefer long distance sniping, close range, sneak, etc...). To complement this, allow the player to pick and customize their own gear, as to better suit their playing style and provide a more personal experience.

This indie gem serves as a basis for how all adventure games should be made. The two aspects that stand out the most are the visuals and level design.

These aren't next generation visuals but the animations are smooth and the scenery looks gorgeous. I appreciate the attention to minor details which gives it more depth and immerses the player, putting them in tune with the story. Often it's not just about the VFX, but how captive the world around the player is. It surpasses some modern AAA titles in this regard.

The gameplay strikes the perfect balance between being enjoyable and challenging. When a new mechanic is introduced there'll be enough time to enjoy it but not too much that it feels cheap and grindy.

A satisfying experience that everyone should try.

The graphics are decent, runs smooth and most importantly, the gameplay is balanced. There's no 'superior build' nor endless hours of farming resources. The grinding is acceptable for a F2P and the sandbox robot building elements are well adjusted, making for diversified, fun builds and freedom of choice and progression.

It used to be just a simple sandbox game, but it evolved so much over the years that now there's a lot robot building techniques, types of vehicles and combat capabilities. The physics are... good enough, for an indie game. The matchmaking isn't half bad, combined with the unique gameplay this game has to offer, even when you're loosing the game can still be fun and you have explicit opportunities to 'turn the tables', rather than the typical 'git gud kid' philosophy of most competitive games.

I'll be honest, I got addicted to this game back in the time, but nowadays though, not even close. Meanwhile my preferences changed a bit to story-driven RPGs, racing games and stuff, but the truth is, I somehow accumulated 133 hours of gameplay.

It's safe to say: "Oldie, but goodie". It improves on all aspects of the original Trackmania Nations. It runs butter smooth, with beautiful graphics and awesome gameplay. The price is fair and I have no negative aspects to point out.
It has an awesome community, lots of maps to choose from and endless hours of racing. I'm quite glad I purchased this.

Like many people have said before me, the openness and the freedom of the choice this campaign gives you is superior to the base game. The lore is kinda interesting, but then again, just like the base game, the focus is on the gameplay and the level design did not disappoint.

For €10 though, I wouldn't recommend. It's the same price as the base game .-. That's not fair for a DLC. I got it at €1 and would recommend it if you get a nice discount.
