this game is wonderful, i love the combat in this game despite its simplicity and the overall style and art in this game rocks.

my only complaint is that allocating stat points is completely mindless just because you either put everything into the stat you're running, (strength for fighter, dexterity for bandit, mind for mystic,) or you put it into vitality if you think you're too squishy.

its kind of limiting for builds just because some stats are inherently built into others, but just aren't worth it. sure, you CAN put points into dexterity for a tiny bit of extra crit chance, but its so minimal that it feels like a massive waste.

webfishing is not only a super cozy fishing game that lends itself perfectly to something you can just have on in the background while you watch videos or work on other things, but is also the catalyst for what i am near certain will be the awakening for many fursonas and furries in the making.

aside from a lack of more interesting side content to get up to (other than metal detecting, which is honestly pretty dull at the moment) the main meat of the game is still engaging enough to be fun without any extra content.

even still, i will say that i really, REALLY like the challenge hook and the idea it brings to the table. it could be interesting if effects like what the challenge hook adds could be its own separate hook accessory type rather than just a whole hook so you can stack the effects it provides with other hooks, and even add other hook accessories that could allow for more unique mini-game based additions to the fishing mini-game?

along with that, i feel as though to expand upon the game's idea of fishing islands, it could be fun if you could purchase a boat and go fishing with some friends out at sea. you could drive your boat around to various islands and potentially fish up some exotic unique creatures to that area, potentially even adding climates to the mix to make colder and more tropical areas a distinct fishing area to spice up your new fishing locations

of course these are just ambitious ideas. this game is still very new, and i don't expect a ton to change about it in such a short time. i do hope though that future additions like this could be considered for the sake of keeping this game fresh and giving this game a reason to come back to it for more than just the cozy fishing experience

im hoping there will be some more facilities in the near future and that they fix the issues with saving items so the limit is set to something ridiculous like 999 items saved instead of the crazy low amount it's at now. maybe also a way to view your total scrap in the ship currently and more clarity on some misleading things like keys having value but selling for nothing and such, but other than that it's really good

im loving this game but PLEASE for the LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD you HAVE to add alternate noteskins and upscroll. i would be so happy

tModLoader opens up a billion new possibilities, and before the Terraria: JE update, I had a hope that in the future Terraria could get Workshop support for tModLoader, and lo and behold its finally coming out for Terraria! I'm so glad to see that the devs for tModLoader are able to support Terraria officially with this DLC coming soon. Hopefully it also becomes easier to mod, it'd be fantastic to give those with little to no code skill the ability to create their own complex and interesting mods. Just imagine being able to code AI so easily, with a custom tool with path drawing tools and a sandbox to test it in real-time... Regardless if this feature that I know would take way too long to code gets in or not, this is still a must-download DLC pack that allows for playing with fantastic mods providing a whole new experience, finding great quality-of-life mods fixing your small gripes with the base game, and a chance to make your own Terraria content!

Terraria is pretty cool, if you don't like grinding too much then i'd recommend getting tModLoader after downloading the game, there are plenty of mods to add even more after you've completed the game over 50 times like I have. I just hope Journey's End will add enough content to keep me interested enough.
