Caputred the magic of To The Moon and made me reflect on how we live our lives. Also an emotional game.

This is by far my favorite game to pull up whenever I have friends over. It sets up a very good coop-competitive mood between me and my friends and we enjoy talking about which monsters to use or which weapons to use. Best played on controllers.

Adorable, funny, and super fun platformer. I was having a blast the whole time playing. The range of tight controls give a lot of strong player agency in controlling in this game, which is part of what makes this so great. Super charming.

This is barely a thumbs up. Short game just over 2hrs. Great atmosphere and visuals and it has a lot of promise from the start but the game doesn't wrap up too well. There's a lot left up to you to interpret the overarching story and it didn't really convince me of anything. I never got attached to the characters or understood any motivations. It's a cute game but not a must play.

Crazy fun. I hated the first game and WD2 took me by surprise so much. It really took everything that was innovative about WD1 and pushed it in this game. There's a lot of segments that reminded me of Deus Ex HR and Dishonored in that you have multiple ways of going about achieving your goals. You can run in gunning or steathily go around, or even use RC car and drones to solve entire missions through hacking.

The story is charming and the characters are loveable. Huge plus if you're familiar with the bay area

This is a really tender story. It helps you experience some of the feelings a character is going through by using dream elements.
It's not exactly smooth in gameplay and the controls are a bit clunky so it requires patience. I'm looking forward to whatever the team behind this game may make after this, hopefully with tighter controls and stronger PC performance.
2 hours at most.

This was an incredibly polished journey. I've really enjoyed meeting all the characters, learning about their stories and seeing them progress through the game. It certainly makes a lot of decisions later in the game quite difficult because I've become so attached to some characters. Overall it's a really bittersweet game and all of the art and music is absolutely gorgeous. The gameplay during the trials clicked right away when I started the game and it was a thrill to play.
Supergiant got very creative with this game and I'm excited to see what else they come up with.

Tight western JRPG under 20 hours. There's no fluff or grinding. You can save at any time, you can skip any cutscene, and you can change difficulty at any point.

Great worldbuilding with 3 planets, several alien races, and a decent story with many shoutouts to sci-fi and gaming culture while staying grounded. I got invested in several of the characters. Every environment feels fresh and i almost never saw an enemy more than three times.
I can definitely see a lot of inspiration from Chrono Trigger and that's a great thing.
Great experience overall for 15$.

Incredible experience. It's a short and tight linear narrative with very creative use of gameplay mechanics to tell a story about a family. I developed connections with so many characters and it left me feeling bittersweet.

This game is so therapeutic and relaxing. You can really tell that the developer put a lot of love into every detail of this game.
