An adorable and oddly immersive idle game. I expected to let it sit while I write, view discord, or watch youtube videos. Instead, I find myself drawn into perfecting the layouts of my farms, upgrading my bots, and making beautiful little homesteads.

I've reached the desert biome and the game has gotten some challenge in it now. It's nothing that couldn't be solved with time and efficiency, but I enjoy the extra challenge.

I sincerely hope it spawns a whole genre of bottom screen games. As someone who can't focus on only one thing at a time, it helps me scratch the itch of multitasking that my brain demands.

Early Access Review
You cross the barren, snowy wasteland of a moon you are visiting for the first time, and maybe the last. Visibility is low and the cold seeps in through your violently orange suit. Your team follows a trail of beacons to a set of double doors far from the ship.

Inside, an opulent, if dusty and abandoned, mansion sprawls before you. Bookshelves line the walls and your team admires the new setting. You part ways and travel through a door to the left. Small items are strewn about—a hairbrush, a whoopee cushion, a comedy mask. You pick them up and return to the entrance. As you step between the bookshelves, you spot a trail of dark splatters that instantly awakens your primal senses.

A scream echoes from behind you. "COIL AHH—" Another of your team is silenced. You turn in their direction, but quickly lock eyes with something glaring at you from the dark recesses of an unlit door frame. Its pale, glowing orbs appear to be floating as it is blanketed in darkness.

The pitter-patter of tiny plastic feet gives you no comfort as you turn to glance at yet another doorway. A mannequin springs forth, its head, attached to a coiled spring, turns slowly toward you. You feel the presence of the other creature drawing near. It is gone from the door. You press yourself into the corner of the room, hoping to counter both villains.

There comes another noise, however. A thunderous thumping that is rhythmic as footsteps. The three small, worthless items in your inventory are meaningless as you feel your end near. You slowly tip-toe toward the double doors, keeping your back pressed against the wall. The calamitous steps draw nearer and nearer to you. You turn to the door and find a small bug with arms but no fingers raising its limbs at you.

You stare at it for overlong and find its anger unleashed. The footsteps draw nearer, but it is the bug in front of you that helps you usher your last breath while looting your limp and strangely arranged corpse. The final thing you hear before you succumb to darkness is "YIPPEE".
