Very fun for the first time but then it feels the novelty and jokes wear off, still great, just can't recommend it for the money

This game has some very nice combat for an MMO as it makes you more involved, and in my opinion it handles customization very well, maybe even the best of any MMO. as far as story, you don't experience too much of it during play, its mostly, "go beat up 15 of these, good, now go beat up some of the guys over there" and it gets a tad boring to me. There arent any twists or turns, and you always seem to be doing something irrelevant to the ultimate goal of stopping Brainiac. I never felt i am my own super hero and that i am more of a side kcick as im always fighting someone elses villain, and be issued commands from the likes of batman and superman. it wouldve been great had you also been able to pick from multiple super powers. It also seems as though that for a game heavily emphasizing free to play, the majority of end game and side content are there in the form of dlc, such as housing modifications, chooosing super powers, and even a movement style. In all honesty, i feel you should play a different MMO.

Batman Arkham Asylum is one of my favorite games. you dont need to like batman to like this. it combines stealth games with beat em' ups and gives a classic batman and story but with a lot of twists. it made me actually feel like if i didnt stop joker pretty bad things would happen and its kind of difficult to do something like that considering its a video game. it also shows how epic batman is and the monsters he has to face. a glitch the game has is that you cant play as joker but it can be fixed.you get full access to all of batman's gadgets and you face off against many of batman's insane rogues in a few unique ways. bosses could have been slightly more challenging, they may be very intimidating at first but are actually somewhat simple.you may think its a rather basic story of joker's escape and control but it goes much deeper and it extremely sinister. i love this game and overall i woul give it a 9 out of 10
