Been waiting for this game since a while and it's a change from ordinary Pokemon Games, might take someone some time to adapt to the style, but I've been liking it so far!

I would normally recommend it, but you currently can get stuck at various areas that you can casually walk into, stopping your progress.
You'll have to save often and be ready to have to reload your game a few times.

Outside getting stuck too often, the game is enjoyable and if you're ready to work with such issues until fixed, I do recommend trying it out!

All fun and giggles for about 10 minutes, take the risk to almost crash Steam and your computer if you feel like it for 5k achievements in probably 20 to 60 mins, depending your investment, I guess?

I really wanted to recommend this game.
It's beautiful and at it's core, it's fun, even if short.

The problem lies with the amount of bugs you'll encounter.
Expect regular softlocks, characters getting stuck(luckily you can swap in between the other characters and be fine)

If you press anything faster than the game expect you to, it might softlock itself.
Avoid interacting with NPC/Shops/Cutscene (like opening a key gate) when you might fall in a fight or there's a big chance you'll be softlocked or have only one character able to fight.

It's still possible to do 100% of the achievements if you try to be cautious, especially in area/moments you know you've softlocked in before.
Just know that will encounter a lot of bugs, especially if you react "too fast" when the game is still loading.

P.S. Worst one's the Forge, go real slow when making upgrades, that's one of the two spots I had the most bothersome bugs. (Other one's a spoiler, so I will only mention that it's toward the end of the game in the "zone you shall name")

I normally wished we could do neutral evaluations, but unless the bugs are fixed(let's face it, they never will be), I can't recommend this game with my whole heart.
My husband and I, loved the show, and I really been meaning to play this game since a while, but I felt like I've been let down.

While the game felt short-lived, the story was quite enjoyable to the point I hardly wanted to put down my controller until it was 1am when I finally finished the storyline.

I haven't came back for the more "challenging" achievements(of the likes "beat hard mode", etc.)

Counting that I went for a 100% "Normal" run, I had a lovely 10h of enjoyment that were well spent.

Would maybe have liked to be able to skip the mini "cutscenes" once I've already seen it(because I forgot to save and died just after... twice), but that's mostly just on me and not a terrible flaw, just I personally prefer as I like to go back straight into "action".

( Sorry if there's any issue with the above grammar, this review is written the day after said going to sleep to 1am and being woken up way earlier than should due to un-expected events, but tl;dr I loved playing this game and would love playing more games with these graphic and gameplay styles! )

Enjoyable for an Early Access title!

Got this game from a friend who had bought a 4-pack, in hope to have a new game to play together.
Didn't played long, but wasn't overly impressed.

We gave it a test drive with the 4 of us, our impression so far :
- Took a while to finally be able to start a game + for a good while to load.
- Player-zombies able to 3-shot you, but don't you hope getting said player in same amount of hits.
- Give a Left 4 Dead kind of feel, in a bit less balanced... I'm ready to accept maybe it's not ready to have only 4 players, but as soon as one of us become a zombie, it's pretty much sure we won't be advancing anymore and that's a bit MEH.
- Why give a pocket light... when activating your gun's flasghlight does the same amount of lighting?

Can feel wonky while using a keyboard, but not totally unplayable.
Quite enjoyable game!
Loved the story and different possible hats available to use for puzzle solving.

I tried to play longer than mere minutes, but I wasn't able to. Here's what I think with the little I played

Pros :
-Interesting storytelling(really loved the voice picked)
-Simplistic, yet seems to offer interesting and difficulty progressing challenges
-Make you think, as you need to remember the strenght and weaknesses of each characters(they sorta felt "alive" even if they're just "dots") to progress thru the levels

Cons :
-The background music become somewhat "aggressive" after a certain while(I didn't picked the when and where, nor if turning the sound effects off would work or it was from the main music, as I tried to judge the thing as a whole), what I mention is not the music itself, as that was quite wonderful, but what feels more alike sound effects, without being sound effect(I'm terrible at describing...)
-Sometimes I felt like I was back on some oldies consoles due to having trouble with the commands, I just wish it is my spacebar alone(as my keyboard's somewhat getting old), but there's no way to rebind the keys in game, or at least I haven't figured out, so I'm going to put both together as one negative.

To those wondering why I still recommend the game :
It has potential and I think it can be still enjoyed.
I'm not going to totally shame a game because I'm sensible to certain high pitched sounds to the point I want to drop it entirely
Especially since I could as well just turn off the sounds and grab some personal playlist, but I feel I wouldn't enjoy the game like it's suposed to.

It's cute, it's simple, I might have not played far enough to give a proper enough review, but so far it still looked like it could be a good game!

Amazing game that I would suggest all to try out!
There is so much possibilities of gears, you are BOUND to find something you will be good at and get even better! :D

Still playing this game, maybe less than before, but it's hard to just STOP completly to play this game~ <3

2018 EDIT :
One would think that after 2 years, I would have did everything, but every new contents make me happy to come back~ ^-^

I really enjoyed this game, yes it does repeat itself, but it's more simple to keep your cubs alive than it seems, while my first generation wasn't 100% sucessful, as two cubs died, it wasn't of hunger, but dangers like flood and wolves.

Chasing Rabbits(or hares? I am not that knowledgable on that matter, sorry), it's the easy way to keep your pups fed right, when possible to get two rabbits, you feed your babies just right, when you feel you can't hunt more than one at a time, wait your cubs are around and "choose" a side to feed, the two closest cubs you drop the rabbit at will feed themselves on it, then you hunt for another one for the two other!

As for the Dangers like flood and wolves, just by sticking around the den, I stay quite safe and since my second play, I have 4 cubs alive each time~ <3

I really enjoy the style of this game, even tho some might complain about it being hard to hunt in there, as soon as you get used a bit, I think it's not that terrible, plus animals all have "their way to camouflage" in the nature, that a little bunny is slightly harder to see won't kill you that much.
Of course, up to now, I haven't played Survival, as I'm quite the Achievement hunter, I'm currently "breeding" my 5th Generation, once they become Adults, I shall look further than the Starting Area for all those Collectibles and hidden things I heard of! Then hopping on Survival, I heard food get to be less often, but I'm sure that while it'll be a challenge, it'll be a doable one!

Please continue making such nice games like this!

I think the only thing that I found was "negative" was the game re-telling me to press "C", "M" and the "Mouse Right" in each gameplay, but since it only happen once for each, in each generation, it's not THAT terrible, just a bit stressful when at least once on 3 times, it'll happen when a flood or wolves are about to happen and you're just trying to run away to safety!

Also, YEAH! Skippable Intro/Credits! So You can go take care of your cubs again~ <3
I need more games with such enchanting music and graphics, as well as a Gameplay that feel so nice~ ^-^
Never thought I would find playing a Lynx so fun, but you prove me wrong!
