Despite its shortcomings, constant bugs and performance issues there is a beautiful world and story line buried under the mess.

If you have a the hardware to push through the performance issues, the game still looks beautiful on the high preset at 1080p.

The game we were promised for 8 years is not entirely present, but at face value it's a brilliant game. I would, however, wait until it goes on sale.
