No matter how much I try to convince myself that Assassin's Creed Mirage is worth playing, the more I realize it’s just not. Everything feels off—the movement, combat, stealth, parkour, even the face animations. Nothing seems to work right.

The visuals are another letdown. I can’t believe an Assassin’s Creed game in 2023 could look this bad. Compared to Unity from 2014, which still holds up, Mirage feels outdated and rushed. The story doesn’t help either—it’s shallow and uninteresting, with nothing to really hook you.

Overall, Mirage feels like it was thrown together without much care. It’s hard to recommend this one, even to die-hard fans of the series.
