An absolutely amazing game, well worth the price.
Heavy focus on teamplayer and cooperation. Nice graphics, awesome effects, brilliant weathers. People are generally nice and kind. And you will meet some good(strange roleplaying) people.

Recommend using a mic to communicate.

Could use some Asian servers. UI still need some work, imo. Minor, non-game breaking bugs need to be fixed as well. Melee combat still feel a bit random. And it would be nice if we can use more ammo types such as chainshot.

9/10, will try to save a half-sank, burning ship with 15 holes again.

Overview:
The game developer took the pay-to-progress approach, which means upgrading is extremely grindy (like War Thunder). On the other hand, any progression will makes you feel great. (Say, having your character upgraded from a foot-soilder-alike wearing cloth to a commander with armor)

The Community:
The community is generally nice and helpful: You can get help by simply asking in the public chat. And sometimes, people will start a history lecture/discussion.

To fellow M&B players:
You would probably find this game familiar. Most of the controls are the same. But additional tactical options for troops makes the game have its own flavor.
If you play a lot of M&B, you will likely do pretty well in this game.
So...perhaps it's a good game to play while waiting for Bannerlord.

Regarding DLCs:
There are DLCs with non-gameplay-breaking preminum content. But you don't necessarily need any of them. Personally, I don't understand the bashing towards the DLCs of this game; of course, this is an early-access game, but keep in mind it's a f2p MMO game. Devs need an income, right?
Again, none of the DLCs are "necessary", you can still play just fine without any of them and enjoy a lot.

Language:
Kudos to the Devs for using Traditional Chinese and accurate English. Would like to have Japanese and Korean if possible. Also Cantonese audio, coz...well...historical accuracy? :3

TL:DR CONCLUSION:
Overall a great non-p2w f2p game. Don't mind about the grind, try something different each round and you will enjoy Tiger Knight a lot.

Could be tricky to use as the incendiary bombs travel a straight line instead of scattering.
Has thrust though, making it a fair choice for early stages.
Limited effectiveness on nope swarms but still a choice if you wish to play in beginners' games.
And the visual effect of grilling nopes is pretty awesome.

Can be nice addition to your already-quite-big armory when it is on sale.

A very powerful early-stage weapon for fencer.
Can kill lots of Nopes with no trouble. Load two on your shoulder and you can rain some hell on nope swarms.
Fun to use, epic effects.
Although unlocked weapons after a couple missions will replace its place.
Still, thx to its low level, you can take it into almost every single beginners' games.

Conclusion: Grab it during sale.

Volatile Napalm might be slightly overpowered for its level.(lv.2)
Very effective at creating a temporary line of blockage, staggers big nopes with eases.
Pretty handy for starters as well as those who wish to join a restricted-weapon-level game.
Although the price is a bit high imo.

The Reflectron Laser is quite useful for starters. Although damage output is not as high as many other weapons, reflected shots can stagger multiple enemies.
For earliy missions with swarms, this will come in handy with its large capacity.
Also, it's an ideal choice for joining beginners' sessions with weapon level restriction.
Though price may be a little bit too high for a single weapon in a game with >700 weapons.

I probably played too much of this game tbh.

And I urge you all not to do the same.

Economy in this game has been going worse and worse over the years to a point that it is unbearably bad.

Whilst it is one of its kind, in its current state, War Thunder is not enjoyable.

The physics of BeamNG.drive is so good that it actually helped me got my manual van license.

...and I learned how to drift with a van.

Would love to see multiplayer and steam workshop.
