I bought Abiotic Factor a couple months ago as I saw the Overwhelmingly Positive review status. The idea of Coop with friends as scientists stuck in a similar scenario as Black Mesa in Half-Life intrigued me quite a lot.

I quickly realised Abiotic Factor is an amazing survival game which blends heaps of creativity, lore and SCIENCE together. It is not punishing or overly hard. It gives you great amount of freedom on how to progress and build bases. The map/level design is top-notch with a touch of Souls/Castlevania feeling. It truly grasps the Half-Life horror feeling with unknown being your greatest fear. But it also allow you to have great sense of achievements once you conquer those obstacles with skills and knowledge.

Optimisation is amazing. Coop experience is seamless and smooth. Base building is one of the most addicting among all the survival game I've played. Difficulty is (now) customisable down to every last detail that you would want.

During my play-through, I was constantly surprised by what the game has to offer. With the constant update and active communications by the developers, I can say the game is well worth the price (even the full price).

Stalker 2 is a great game that offers something unique in the market of FPS as previous titles did.

It has some misses upon its release. For instance, spawning of NPCs in short radius is immersion-breaking. You also don't see a routine for NPCs like in previous titles. (A-Life 2 is still missing?) Mutants are very bullet-sponge to a point you would think that there is a value error. Stuttering, especially in populated area, is a common occurrence. Combat often feels like the NPCs are cheating as they seem to be able to consistently see you through walls. It is also much harder to distinguish factions at times.

Despite the flaws, it is not hard to see many improvements from the previous titles. Graphics are simply beautiful and can often be photo-realistic at their peak. No more loading between areas also means the whole experience is smoother. Weapons feel unique and worthwhile to try, especially with how good the animations are. Cut-scenes are smooth and well-crafted which provide much more insights into the characters.

We need to remember when and where this game is developed. Even at its current state with its flaws, Stalker 2's release is nothing short of a miracle. One can only imagine the dedication and love that the devs had put into developing this game.

Overall, Stalker 2 is a great game with flaws but also great potentials. I hope that the community will cherish it as they would with the past titles. Cannot wait to see what happen next for this game.

Also, can confirm this game supports 32:9 natively. Thank you GSC!

After 2 months and more, we finally do not need an EPIC account

Weirdest decision ever to release a game on Steam and forcing the need of Epic account in the first place. But I am very glad to see they corrected that now.

Onto the game itself, EDF 6 offers the most amongst all EDF. Lots of improvements for all the classes, many favourite weapons coming back from EDF5 with plenty more new toys added too. Definitely a must play if you are an EDF fan.

Starfield had perhaps given me the most unique feeling I had for a game that I never thought I would have:

I spent more than 100 hours in this game. During which, it felt mostly average.

Then considering the price and what I experienced in that 100 hours, I have no desire to even launch this game at all at this point. The game is barren, completely devoid of all the elements that make Fallout and Skyrim great.

Does it have merits? Yes. But do the little amount of merits justify your time and money? Not really.

Quite disappointing for what you get from this DLC.

The new map is incredibly small, with similar/same landscape as base game. There are no narrow roads with difficult terrains. The foliage are pretty much the same. In short, the map in this DLC is both not exciting nor big enough at all.

When we talk about rally, the importance of a co-driver is redoubtable. Yet, in this DLC, you have no co-driver. You only get NPCs sitting in a helicopter shouting inaccurate and oversimplified pace note (no numbers, no distance) with horrendous timing. You will be better off driving by sight only.

If you are a rally fan like me, this DLC will 100% let you down.

The current state of SOTF reminds me of what its predecessor was in early stages. Currently, SOTF offers a large playground and a good amount of player items. If you do not rush the name and have some fun with the building aspect of the game, the current content will likely last you for around 30 hours.

It is obvious, however, that the game is missing many contents. The game also has quite a few bugs (albeit some are quite hilarious and fun). SOTF also diminished the fun of collecting and crafting items as its predecessor with little reasons to use other weapons when you have modern firearms.

Personally, I would love to see the return of enemies from the previous game. More weapons (whether crafted or collected) and buildings would be nice as well.

Overall, I'd say the game is worth the current price tag. I had plenty of fun with my friends and I am yet to be bored. I look forward to the growth of the game.

There is always something to look forward to in the next update.

I've only played DMZ and Warzone as they are free.

Yet, it is obvious the game suffers from personality disorder. It does not know if it wants to remain a run-and-gun FPS like its predecessors, or become a realistic tactical shooter that has become much more popular in recent years.
The end result? It isn't exactly good at being either.

This disappointing mixture of gameplay elements combining with crashes and glitches only brought me disappointments.

I am happy that I did not purchase the game.

V Rising definitely scratched an itch of wanting to terrorised ordinary people as a vampire.

Quite fun with friends, but also can be grindy unless settings are tweaked.

Basically Straya simulator and one of those "just another day" games.

Would love to see some koalas, bin chickens and kookaburras added~

A vehicle from Mad Max would probably fit nicely as well
