One of the best games of our generation.

Slay the Spire has a steep learning curve in the beginning. You will die frequently when you first start playing the game. I encourage you to not be discouraged and keep trying. The gameplay loop is addictive, and it is so satisfying to make it just a little bit further than you did last time.

Once you start figuring things out, the replay potential is endless. Every run feels different due to the variety of cards, events and relics offered each time. The best feeling comes when all the right pieces come together and you craft an infinite combo deck or deal 10,000 damage to a 450 HP enemy.

Between the scaling difficulty in Ascension levels and the modding community, you will enjoy this game for hundreds of hours and more.
