I SAVED CHINA!!!

This game's RNG Skinner Box ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is insulting, but the core gameplay is pretty solid. Please don't let this company walk over you; let's make noise until they give up on this mobile game tier grind psychology. It's going to kill the game if left unchecked.

My boy Brandon popped off last night. We were going after the secret boss after finding a secret clue and the game started spawning in quads (yes this is in the game look it up) and we had to fight through like THIRTY HUNTERS!!! But Brandon was popping off with just the Winfield and levering and I was like supporting him the whole way tagging the enemy with my Sparks pistol. But anyway we got to the secret boss who is like an armored zombie but he has a GATLING GUN!!! and we used his to our advantage we let him kill probably HALF OF THE THIRTY HUNTERS... before Brandon finished him off with a lit stick of dynamite perfectly tied to blow up right in his face! Now I was of course the whole time going LET'S GOOOO BRANDON LET'S GOOOOOOO BRANDON LET'S GOOOOO!!! And honestly. Can we just get a WOOP WOOP for Brandon because he's definitely the best player in this game PERIOD

Extremely based game

Voice acting sucks. Story sucks. Designs suck - you really did just make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ looking GM, huh? Might as well just ripped the GM line by line. Also "the resistance" writing, so original and cool. I think they got the budget for this game because it has a black protagonist? Maybe? Though you're technically a lightskin.

Anyway don't play don't buy...

It's like Gihren no Yabou (Gihren's Greed) and other turn-based strategy games I haven't played in the same vein. That's my point of reference. So far it doesn't necessarily have the same depth, but the game's combat is easy to understand while remaining challenging. I would like to see some more tools offered to the player and the AI, though. This type of turn-based combat can get quite repetitive back to back. You do get a good amount of downtime but it's optimal to keep pressing the enemy and thus commit to continuous fighting.

So far I recommend this game. I hope it gets expanded in the future.

They promised they wouldn't put weapons behind a paywall. Now they're going to... and an extreme one at that. $10 for a weapon? Shove it up your ass, Tripwire.

Recommended, but with a few reservations.

The game is NOT worth the full price cost. Buy it on sale. Why? Because while Warhammer's setting and races offer a lot of replayability and variety to Total War, there are some features that were unnecessarily removed. For example, there are no settlement battles, an the siege battles only give you a >section< of wall to attack. This is just a 100% downgrade from Attila's wonderful settlement and siege battles.

Plus, the game suffers from the same campaign downgrades present in Rome 2 and Attila. (You need a general to have an army, etc.)

But it's still worth picking up, especially for cheap. Make sure you get Warhammer 1, too.
