Getting into the world of role playing has been fun. Last night, I learned about the dice and taking turns. The graphics are pretty, love the character creation. It's a learning curve, so vastly different from Elden Ring, the other fantasy game I've been loving as well. It's nice because this game is much more casual, not an 'tense' and has its own identity. I totally recommend this game.

I won't lie-I only bought this game to play as Shadow. I remembered the Shadow game from the early 2000s and I always liked his look. The game play here is super fun, I spend a lot of time trying to memorize how to get faster and more rings. It's super addicting. The graphics are great, the colors really pop. Controls are smooth, which is super important in such a fast moving game.

Rarely launches. Always glitches. Load times are slow. No matter what I do. Shame cause the game is really cool. I guess I'll play it on console.

I didn't grow up in the SNES era of games-I was a PS1 dude. I've played Contra before-which this game is heavily inspired by. To me, this is Contra for the new generation.
Graphics are similar, but updated. There's blood and gore and elements of horror that make the game 'edgier' and 'cooler'. The character selection is vast.

The challenge is there-but it's fair as long as you have a quick trigger finger and keep a cup of coffee by you as you navigate the jumps and shooting.

Some reviewers have said the game is too short-I haven't beaten it, but remember that the original Contra can be beaten in under an hour if you're a pro. So to me-it seems like the average length of a game like this.

I'm excited to beat this game-only to replay it and get better and better at it. I wanna unlock the characters, get points. That's where this game I think will shine.

I just started this massive game. I bought it on sale. Graphics are unbelievable, there's a lot of controls but configuring it all made it a lot easier. Really what drew me in was the stealth system, I love sneaking up on baddies and taking them out. The original concept of AC was always stealth and staying in the shadows, so I'm def playing in that style and trying to avoid a lot of combat.
The leveling system seems easy to learn, less numbers than Elden Ring. It's streamlined. Also the game itself is much easier, sometimes I need a break from tough games. Not saying this is a breeze, but compared to classic Tomb Raider and Elden Ring? This is on the easier side.
The open world seems vast, I also love the time period. As I write this, I'm re-watching the TV show Spartacus and this kinda feels like a bigger version of that. Looking forward to seeing the rest of this game.

HALO: CE- The original Halo came out in 2001. I remember when Halo was 'the thing' to play. It was M rated so that kinda scared me. It also just didn't look interesting. I was playing Tomb Raider on PS1 and 2 during this time. It wasn't until recently I got into FPS games, now that I have a PC. I then remembered that this game existed, with the help of the you tuber McJuggernuggets.

What do I think? Well, it's good! Of course I've played games with better graphics today, but the game play really is fun. It's repetitive, but it makes you feel like a space marine bad ass, that feeling is def there during easy mode. It becomes a casual game at that point. But to me, that's how it should be. You're this ultra powerful person who is called in to eradicate the alien scum. It is Combat Evolved after all.

The controls are responsive, there's a little bit a jank with the driving controls but they work just fine. I haven't run into anything game breaking. The graphics retain the old school vibe, but add a shine that's much needed. I can see why this game was so popular and revolutionary as far as FPS games go.

The aliens are quite silly, I was expecting a more serious approach, the menu music is so epic with the chorus. But these creatures are silly. Which I like! It adds to the sci-fi b-movie factor. Though, I do hope sequels make the creatures a bit more threatening.

Overall, this is a game I keep coming back to and playing. There's something really addicting about blasting aliens and feeling like a bad ass. A mixture of Doom and War of the Worlds.

HALO 2: A huge improvement over the first. Shooting felt better, vehicles felt smooth, story was interesting, loved the Arbiter levels. It holds up after all these years.

A bloody, fun game that reminds me of an 80s action movie. Controls are really good, it's tough even on medium difficulty but so worth it.

I'm just not sucked into the story like I was with the trilogy. It's not a bad game, graphics are pretty. But it just makes me want to play the originals again.

Controls are responsive, graphics are super cool. The purple blood is a unique touch. This is defiantly as cool as Ion Fury.

Game kept crashing on me.
