Honestly worth dropping $1 on this and its sequel just to hear the crowbar sound effect's evolution.

Just doing alright? Thinking about something too much? This sweet, nifty trick makes sure you NEVER forget that you are safe among friends: therapists HATE it!

Once I buy and play Shadow, I can say this with certainty, but;

This is my favorite of the new Tomb Raider games. 2013 Tomb Raider was good (played the campaign twice through), but that game didn't make the collectible part of the story as interesting as this game and doesn't have the same serene beauty that some of the scenes in this game have. DEFINITELY worth it, especially when it's on sale.

Also, if you have VR, the cute little VR chapter isn't that half bad either, and it comes free with the definitive edition of the game.

This story is 100% true, wheteher you choose to believe it or not.
My dad bought a copy of this game at Walmart YEARS back, like, maybe 2012 or earlier.
My dad hardly plays video games, so he got it home, stuffed it in a drawer, and it was relatively forgotten about for years.
One day, searching through the drawer for something, I came across this game, STILL in its plastic wrapping.
The disc gave me a key for a Steam version of the game, and here we are.
When I first downloaded this game and ran it, I only had 3 hours for months because my first 3 hours consisted of me trying to find Xander Root and getting pissed because you run at the pace of the elephant. Eventually, bored one day, I got back in and this game began to sink its roots within me.

Little did I know that this game, although definitely not perfect and not exactly fun at times, would become one of my favorite games of all time, and make me become deeply entangled within the Fallout franchise and (mostly earlier, Pre-Bethesda) games. Although I have only had one playthrough of me using Yes-Man and going my own way as a peacekeeper, if I had the time I would definitely go through this game a few more times.

While I do not recommend this to anybody who does not like a slow, decision-based plot line, it is 8 years old and I still consider it to be a great game. An amazing experience from Goodsprings to Hoover Dam, all from a dusty disc copy in a drawer.

(also, download New California and other mods while you're at it. I also highly recommend New California and I haven't even beaten it as of this review.)

I've played both Dishonored and Dishonored 2. My playthrough of Dishonored was in high chaos, mostly because I had little idea about the stealth option. I tried my hardest with the playthrough of this game to not kill anybody, but at some point I must have let one slip through because I never got the achievement.

Point is, this is a game that everyone can enjoy, and while I do recommend you play the first Dishonored beforehand, I have to admit that this game is, in my opinion, better made, more fun, and has considerably more playstyles and paths that you can take. Although I have only played one playthrough of each game, I would definitely consider playing each of these, especially this game, over again.

P.S. if you're ♥♥♥♥ at not getting detected, join the club.

This complete mess of hot garbage is absolutely the most fun battle royale game I have played.

They still got bugs to fix, but hey, credit is due where it is due.

Also, I spent the full $5 and do not regret it.
