It's a cool meme clicker game (incremental) which awards you with 100 easy to get achievements. For me it took around 30 min to get them all but I had to let the game running for longer so I could get all card drops.
It also has some cool stuff at the points shop that might be worth looking into.

I advise you to buy it while on sale cause it's a meme game that you probably won't be enjoying for many hours.

MHR is a great game, but this package is just garbage. Save your money and buy regular version instead.
It is somewhat expensive and none of the cosmetics it includes actually look good...
If you're into premium visuals and stuff check all the content available and just buy the ones you think you gonna like.

Differently from other fishing games out there this is a simulator in which you can actually catch fish.

I’m a big fishing fan (both virtually and in real life), I have played pretty much all fishing games out there so of course I had to check out Bassmaster 22 as well! I've even pre-purchased deluxe edition! Yeah, I had high hopes…
Those are my initial thoughts:

PROS:
- The game is actually an improvement from FSW/C&C
- Graphic-wise it looks good
- Has underwater camera (that you can disable for a more “simulation” type of feeling)
- Fish looks outstanding as in most Dovetail’s fishing games

CONS:
- I’m not entirely sure this should be a new game. I have the feeling they could have implemented those changes in FSW
- Lacks optimization/a bit laggy even though my machine is better than recommended
- We’re in 2021 (almost 2022) and you guys still releasing games using DX11? Seriously?
- Game’s menus are very simple, as if they had to rush development by a lot. Character customization is also very simplistic
- Can’t change controls/ shortcuts
- As I’ve said earlier, there’s no doubt this game is indeed an improvement from their other games. But still, it resembles EF/ FSW/C&C a bit too much
- Price tag is not very friendly considering this is clearly a revamped version of the same game concept Dovetail has bought us virtual fishers before.

So, all things considered, I’ll be asking for a refund. It’s a pity…

FINAL THOUGHTS:
If you do not own any of their (Dovetail) fishing games, it might be worth buying once it’s on sale. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend. Unless they change things dramatically and add a lot of new content without charging extra for DLC’s. If this ever happens, I’ll buy it again and more than gladly change my review!

Game is good, but after ~some~ time you end up out of content and don't play as much anymore...
But until then, one can easily put 3k hours into it and still do surprisingly bad against some late game monsters. This game is hard and is all about challenges and training. I play it on a daily basis since may/19 and I'm still constantly learning and improving. So even though it's one of the best games I've ever played, keep in mind the learning curve takes time. It's not one of those casual games that after 100h you've mastered everything...

Good, it comes with top-notch match setup, as well as a 7 days pass to the newest MIssissippi map
Not to mention the surprisingly big 250kg keepnet and lots and lots of bait - most of which are baitcoin priced unless you're level 55

I wish there was a "neutral" review because while this reserve looks awesome and has lots of potential, it is stupidly buggy. Ibex is constantly getting stuck on rocks specially when they climb up/down the hills and some of them even fly and teleport away in a very buggy and annoying way. I know this reserve has just been released but knowing Avalanche and COTW like I do - I've been following this game since the first beta - i can already tell some of the bugs take forever to be fixed if they ever get fixed.
So in the end it's 100% your call. If you really like the game's atmosphere just get it now for 25% off. However, keep in mind all the possible bugs that will sooner or later interfere with your gameplay and not rarely in a very frustrating manner.
In the other hand, if you're not willing to deal with all these, I'd then just wait for a few bug fixes to be released and an overall improvement of the current state before putting my money into it.

This game is lots of fun but before I can recommend devs need to change 3 major problems:

1. Frequent game crashes

2. Relatively small fish (5lb) can break your 50lb line simply because you cannot crank your drag, ever. It was to take line and tire first regardless of the size of the fish and the gear you have. Having to tire first a small common roach with the strongest equip in the game can be quite frustrating.

3. Winning high tier comps against the AI can be hard sometimes not because the AI is hardcore as you would expect, but because there is a bug that prevents that. Sometimes, out of the blue in the middle of the fight a message saying that the fish has been hooked outside the allowed zone pops (even though that was clearly not the case). When that message appears your fish won't count which means your last fish was nothing but a waste of time. This was made me lose several comps and I won't mess up with them again until it gets fixed.

Besides those major problems the game is fun and the price is fair even though it's not a simulator by any means.

Very few skins that only apply to 3 very early game ships, so yeah pretty much useless.

Even tho it says f2p this is actually one of the most expensive games I've ever played. It's probably the best hunting simulator out there but nowadays I'd stick to Call of the Wild simply because this is too darn expensive.

However, is spending a lot of money on games is not a problem for you go ahead and have some fun :)
