I've got to say there has been a bloom of indie games that have popped up in the horror genre ever since Phasmophobia came out. Now, Some of these games are trying gain that rise much like Phasm and some aren't. For me, Labyrinthine falls into the latter, the creatures and setting are wonderfully made and for the story, not much. However, it's in early access so more work will be done and in my eyes, it looks promising.
