Burnout Paradise is one of the best racing games ever made. I just wish EA would fix this port so that I could play it. The game unavoidably crashes at the end of the 5-minute unskippable tutorial cutscene.

This game is "How could this possibly get any worse" the video game. This game wears black humor like a tailored suit, and like a train wreck, it's just so awful that you can't look away.

If you are here for co-op platformer gameplay, this game is an excellent choice. The asymmetric mechanics make for an engaging experience and the variety keeps things fresh almost the whole way throughout.

If you are here for a heartwarming or relatable story about a couple, this is a terrible game. Both main characters are hilariously unlikable, and not a single supporting character even comes close to making up the difference.

All in all, this is an excellent 2-player platforming adventure wrapped up in a so-bad-it's-good B movie.

Slay the Spire somehow manages the impossible feat of making a casual-friendly deckbuilding game with a ton of depth. The 4 playable characters all bring something unique to the table, and the random events provide each run a risk/reward system while the path-choosing allows players to strategize within that system. All of this combined with the unlockable rewards such as hilarious alternate card art will keep you coming back for more.

Sayonara Wild Hearts is a short and sweet playable album with an addictive scoring system that encourages multiple playthroughs. The songs are catchy, the gameplay engaging, and the story is subtle yet compelling. In addition to the regular gameplay, there is a set of riddles that can be solved by completing challenges in-game, which only serve as more reason to replay this fantastic game.

So fun to play with viewers. I really wish there were more games with this much viewer interactivity. Unfortunately, the gameplay loop can get pretty stale really fast-- especially the early game. Wish the modifications were in a different order and there were more options in the base game.

Also, F*** POGO JUMP!

Although unfortunately a step down from Borderlands 2, B3 is a serviceable 4-player shooter that improves on matchmaking compatibility - a huge downside of 2. If you have already played B2 and the Pre-Sequel, this will satisfy your craving for more. However, It is by no means a shining entry in the series.

The Binding of Isaac is the gold standard for roguelikes. It is nearly infinitely replayable, and the interactions between items always lead to unexpected fun. I would not recommend buying the complete bundle if you are a first-time player; instead play the base game first and decide from there.
