Currently the game is not enjoyable. It's been a long time since the game has had a sizeable and meaningful update to the live servers, where the recent test servers have made me want to play on the live version of the game even less. There are still plenty of bugs still present in the game, with a few notable bugs which completely destroys the gameplay and fairness (such as the door bug). Another major problem is the amount of cheaters, with the countless anti-cheat updates being seemlingly ineffective as the number of people still using aimbot being stupidly high. The last notable and major flaw of this game is the very poor optimisation of the game, with the most recent update introducing Themida anti-cheat, which has caused the fps in general to drop even lower than it normally does.

Overall, the core gameplay is quite fun to an extent, but the execution of this game is very poor, with lots of lag, server de-sync, game-breaking bugs and cheaters; this ultimately destroys any fun/enjoyment I can have in this game.

2 years later and it's just as bad. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 200 ping chinese cheaters in all matches, where the base game is buggy and broken, with horrendous amounts of fps stuttering due to high frametimes. This game is still a steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥, no wonder Brendan Greene quit, milked the game for that it was worth through garbage battlepasses and skins whilst leaving this game to rot.

Simply put, this game is now dead/uncared for. It used to be a fun game, but the newest updates have destroyed this game. Team balancing is no longer existent and neither is team-swapping, so often in casual games you'll find your team at a 3+ man disadvantage. This just makes the game unenjoyable and the fact that the pyro class is so easy to play and strong, made even worse with the new update, this just makes casual unplayable. What used to be a fun game to enjoy casually is now rarely enjoyable. Having said that, at least the community servers are somewhat fun. Overwatch truly does now seem to be this game's successor, as the player base for this game is dying/dwindling.

A very charming and cathartic game to play. It will always leave you with something fun and interesting to do and can be very addicting.

This game has so much depth, both gameplay-wise and literally!
